Payment services (including account maintenance, card issuance, and transaction execution) are provided by Unblock (Atomo Sàrl) — a company incorporated under Swiss law, headquartered in Geneva (CHE-361.434.754). Unblock is a member of VQF SRO (license no. 100977), a Swiss self-regulatory organization recognized by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). Consequently, Unblock operates as a regulated financial intermediary in accordance with Swiss law and is also a member of Mastercard International Inc. The terms and conditions for the use of payment services are governed exclusively by the Unblock Terms and Conditions. To utilize payment functionalities, the User must accept the Unblock Terms and Conditions; no additional agreement is entered into between Sparados and the User regarding payment services. All payment transactions performed within the Platform are executed directly by Unblock (Atomo Sàrl) in accordance with Swiss law and its own Terms and Conditions. Sparados S.A. shall not be held liable for the execution of payment transactions or settlements; it acts solely as a technology provider enabling access to services provided by Unblock.
